Welcome to Project OASIS 2008

Welcome to Project OASIS 2008. Since this is our first blog post, I'll get straight to the point: Project OASIS is a project that involves every Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 gamer (sorry Wii, but you just weren't hardcore!). It's a project to give thanks to all those developers who brought to you the best games they possibly could, and to the system creators as well.

It's outstanding to have every person join Project OASIS 2008.

For Christmas, you open your gifts and your happy. But what about the people that actually made the gifts, such as Halo 3, Metal Gears Solid 4, or Call of Duty 4? Since it's unpractical to buy all of these people presents, why don't we go the extra mile, with something fun, exciting, and NOT wrapped up. Because, after all, when Christmas comes around, I know I'm sick of seeing so much paper. So, this Christmas, from 10 PM to 6 AM (whatever your time zone is, it does not matter) play the games that mean the most to you! We're not getting any younger, and all nighters seem like they come less often. What better way to celebrate than on Christmas?

The games included in Project OASIS, or as I sometimes call it, the Multiplayer Storm, are:

• Rainbow 6: Vegas 2
• Call of Duty 4
• Call of Duty: World at War
• GTA IV
• Metal Gear Solid 4
• Resistance, Resistance 2
• Rockband 2
• Army of Two
• FarCry 2
